We recently celebrated the 10th anniversary of Bringing Hope to the Family. Ten years ago Faith Kunihira followed the Lord's call to start this ministry. It is astonishing to see how far God has taken this ministry in such a short amount of time.
We want to continue operating as the Lord leads us. And, we can't wait to see where we will be in another 10 years! We want to thank everyone who has been a part of this journey in one way or another. It is exciting to see how God uses people from all over the world to accomplish his will.

Welcome to our blog!
Welcome to the Bringing Hope to the Family Blog! With this blog we want to keep you informed on what is happening within Bringing Hope's organization and our surrounding community.
For our first blog we would like to highlight out recent trip to Jinja. Four of our staff members along with Chris and Katie (Global Support Mission) visited 3 orphanages to see how we could better facilitate HomeAgain. Each of the 3 orphanages were ran differently which gave us a wide spectrum to choose from. We gathered different ideas from all of them and brought them back to Kaihura.
After several staff meetings we have decided which direction we want to head in. We have already started implementing a few of these ideas. Our desire is that HomeAgain will be one of the premier orphanages in Western uganda. We want to provide these children with a safe and godly environment to grow up in.
We will keep you posted on our progress as we go along. Thank you for taking the time to read this. We hope that you will decide to follow our blog and tell others about us.
Thank you
